Yes, Back to School Night is typically held prior to the start of school. You will receive more information regarding this event in July.

Volunteering:
Volunteers are always welcome and needed in kindergarten. On December 31, 2014, Act 153 took effect, changing the requirements for volunteers. On June 29, 2015, Act 15 amended Act 153. There are now three clearances required (Act 151- PA Child Abuse Clearance, Act 34- PA State Police Clearance, and Act 114- FBI Clearance or CHSD Volunteer Verification Form). Volunteers are required to obtain new clearances every 60 months. The Camp Hill School District no longer processes or pays for volunteer clearances. Volunteers are responsible for obtaining current clearances and submitting hard copies to the district administration office. More information can be found on the Camp Hill School District website within the Volunteer section.
Communication:
In order to receive any non-emergency/emergency notifications, you will need to sign up for Blackboard Alert Portal. More information can be found on the Camp Hill School District website within the Parent Portal section.
